Ciao a tutti,

Hello Max,
For all claims please make sure to send in in one mail:
>
> - boat type including size and color
> - serial # of the boat (can be found on the right stern side)
> - photos of the boat in total and detail photo of damage (place ruler beside of damage to get size impression)
> - copy of original sales document to customer including serial # shown on this document
> - short description where and how the damage happened
With this documents we can turn in a claim at CWS if they accept it we need to have a photo which shows the cut of tail of the boat where the serial number can be identified. Please cut tail only after our go.
> Please note: claims can be only accepted if the boat was sold less than 2 years ago. There is only warranty on material and production quality not on wear and tear. Claims must be turned in short after boat is damaged.
Please understand that Wave Sport quality improved a lot the last 12 months and we have not seen a single claim for the new Diesels. In general the claim rate from Italy for the Habitat is way higher than from all other regions. We have seen many photos of damaged boats of all brands from Corsica this spring. It is clear that many paddlers treat boats in a way no boat can stand. This is not a warranty case.
Have a nice Sunday
Yours
Christof
