Kayaking in Piemonte, Liguria or Lombadia. Waterlevels

Hi,
I plan to go to Italy from 7th of april until 16th of april.

At this period, which area is good to go? where I can find good levels of water?
(I look for rivers grade IV-V)

Ciao Max,

for Alps it should be a little early especially if it will be not warm enough

However if you will find cold and rain, you could go to lower Piedmont, Liguria and Appennini to find good level.

Valsesia is OK in these days, but all the water comes from snow melting, no rains. So the levels will continue to be  ok next week only if the temperatures keep on stay on the warm side.
Check the meteo!
