ops Ste,  I believe Frank wants to know how to stop receiving our daily Digest in his mail box.
In this case follow Stefano instructions and
uncheck also the option labeled "Vuoi ricevere 1 volta al giorno il riepilogo dei messaggi via e-mail? (DIGEST stile CKI )"


However Frank,  if you have troubles  with it  just let me know and I'll disable it for you.
