Yesterday I did a trip down the Rouge River, and I was having such a good day that when we got to the seven sisters I decided to give it a go. Here is a photo from the 3rd sister that says it all... this is just the beginning what will be happening on SUP I think.

I landed on the board in the pool, but the impact made my legs collapse and I fell off the back.

I need to work on that technique lol
